Who We Are

Black-American Community Outreach (BACO) is an established 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that desires to empower those involved to bridge the racial divide, distinguish the myths about Black Americans, and create dialogue and discussion around diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Black-American members of the Sheboygan area community.

What We Do

Black-American Community Outreach is focused on five areas of focus that serve as an overall benefit for those individuals that desire to be part of a peaceful community. The five areas of focus are Education and Leadership Training, Mentorship Opportunities, Job Search and Placement Assistance, Community Service and Volunteerism, and Event Planning.

These are designed to advance and individuals knowledge of the community, increase the utilization of needed resources, understand, and provide support that enhances their overall quality of life, and allows them to build relationships and partnerships that are helpful in advancing the lives of Black Americans within the Sheboygan Community.
